What We’re Looking For:
✅ Must be 18+
✅ Committed to a 3-year term
✅ Available to contribute up to 10 hours per month, including a Board Meeting on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7 PM

  • Website updating & development
  • Event planning

Help A Child Smile (HACS) is on a mission to bring hope, support, and joy to children undergoing cancer treatment at McMaster Children’s Hospital. As we continue to grow and expand our impact, we are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors. If you have expertise in financial management, marketing, fundraising, event planning, or other relevant fields, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking board members with experience in the following areas:

Financial Management

Marketing

Fundraising

Event Planning

Commitment
Time: 5-10 hours per month
Term: 3 years
Meetings: The Board meets online on the third Wednesday of each month, with two in-person meetings per year (a retreat and the Annual General Meeting).
